John Uzzi Recognized by Red Cross

John A. Uzzi , President of Roy W. Walters & Associates of Paramus, along with his wife, Mary Ann, will be recognized for his community achievements at the 19th Annual Red Cross "Salute to Volunteerism" Gala the evening of May 5 at the Woodcliff Lake Hilton.  The Theme is "Honoring the past... Building for the Future".

As a consultant on change management with worldwide clients, Mr. Uzzi is well known for his innovative ideas and commitment to excellence.  John and Mary Ann also participate in the life of the local community and are avid volunteers.  Their work with the Bergen-Hudson Chapter of the American Red Cross spans many years, including John's role for several years as Board Chair and current position as Chair of Financial Development.  The Red Cross is grateful for the enthusiastic commitment of the Uzzi's to the life of the chapter, and are very excited to honor them at this year's Gala.

The Gala begins at 7:00 PM, and includes dinner, dancing and a top-notch silent auction.  Other honorees include J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc., and local Red Cross Heroes!
